Abstract
In the article the data about the content of estradiol, progesterone and testosterone were determined in patients with epilepsy in the period between seizures. These results show the changes of the functional state of hypophysis-gonad system in epileptics. It was shown that in women decreasing concentration of progesterone was noted and increasing of the level of estrogenes was noted too, at the background of the nomal content of testosterone. These data were expressed in the 2 phase of the menstrual cycle. In men with epilepsy in the period between attacks increasing of general testosterone was marked.
