Skewed comultiplications in genetic coalgebras

Abstract

We study genetic coalgebras whose comultiplications, equivalently, their associated cubic stochastic matrices, are skewed by the simultaneous action of three square stochastic matrices. A two-fold, algebraic and stochastic, approach is pursued. First, we detail the structural consequences on the algebraic structure, to then tackle the underlying stochastic processes.
