Abstract
In this paper, we consider evolution coalgebras defined on chicken populations, that is, genetic populations with finitely many female types but only one male type allowed. We endow these evolution coalgebras with genetic realization and take advantage of the probabilistic significance their comultiplication structure constants then have, to introduce a model which attempts to describe the backwards genetic inheritance within the chicken population, to study the transference of the genetic information between generations, from progeny to ancestors. To achieve this, we study the asymptotic behavior of the nonnegative sub-stochastic matrices defining the model.
