Estimates of charm-mixing parameters in two-body charm decays

Abstract

The charm-mixing parameter [Formula: see text] is based on the [Formula: see text] meson system. The measurement of the ratios of the effective decay width [Formula: see text] decays to final states [Formula: see text] was recently reported in an LHCb analysis performed with the values of [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. We have calculated the difference between the charm-mixing parameters, [Formula: see text], under the factorization approach with values of [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], respectively. The results obtained are comparable with experimental values.
