Abstract
Let I be an exchange QB-ideal of a unital ring R. It is shown that for any regular A∈ Mn(I), there exist U, V∈ Mn(R)q-1∩ (In+Mn(I)) such that UAV= diag (e1,…,en) for some idempotents e1,…,en ∈ I.
