Unusual Behavior in $\bar{p}-p$ and ℓ–p Collisions Involving High Energy and Momentum Transfer: Z0(W±) and Scalar Jets

Abstract

We show that the axial-vector coupling of Z0(W±) to quarks, when acting together with the emission of a hypothetical spin-zero jet-generating quantum coupled to quarks results in an unusual behavior in certain processes, at high energy and momentum transfer. This involves an excess jet production at the subpicobarn level.
