Abstract
Let [Formula: see text] be a prime, and let [Formula: see text] be a rational [Formula: see text]-adic integer. Let [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] denote the Bernoulli numbers and Bernoulli polynomials given by [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text]. In this paper, we show that [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text] where [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] is given by [Formula: see text].
