Abstract

We study the action of Atkin [Formula: see text]-operator on Drinfeld cusp forms for [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] using Teitelbaum’s interpretation as harmonic cocycles. For small weights [Formula: see text], we provide eigenvalues and eigenforms and prove [Formula: see text] is diagonalizable in odd characteristic, pointing out that non-diagonalizability in even characteristic depends on antidiagonal blocks.
