Some infinite families of congruences for overpartitions

Abstract

Let [Formula: see text] denote the number of overpartitions of [Formula: see text]. Recently, several infinite families of congruences modulo 12, 27 and 40 for [Formula: see text] have been established. In this paper, we investigate systematically some other infinite families of congruences modulo 12, 24 and 40 for [Formula: see text].
