PURELY NOISE-INDUCED PHASE TRANSITION IN THE MODEL OF GENE SELECTION WITH COLORED NOISE TERM

Abstract

Gene selection model with colored noise term is investigated by means of a new version of approximate effective Markovian equation proposed earlier. The steady-state probability density is derived for the whole range of model and noise parameters. It is proved that at least for the so-called symmetric case, the increase of the colored noise correlation time τc while the noise intensity D being fixed leads to the same noise-induced transition as the increase of the noise intensity for the white noise case.
