Abstract
The interaction between the dislocation and elliptic notch in one-dimensional hexagonal quasi-crystals is considered. The explicit expressions of the complex potentials are derived by the conformal transformation method and the perturbation technique. Then the analytical expressions for the stresses and displacements can be determined. As a special case of the results, the solutions for the interaction between the Griffith crack and dislocation is observed. The stress intensity factor of crack and the force on dislocation are also obtained, which are very useful in practice.
