RACE DECAYS AND HEAVY NEUTRINO MIXING

Abstract

From the experimental upper bound on the decay μ→eγ the mixing of a heavy neutral lepton (m>45 GeV ) with νe and νμ can be constrained to be [Formula: see text]. In turn this implies a contribution to KL→μe of no more than 2×10-15 in the branching ratio.
