THE PARTITION FUNCTION FOR THE SUPERSYMMETRIC EIGENVALUE MODEL

Abstract

The fermionic integrations are carried out explicitly in the partition function for the supersymmetric eigenvalue model, which is a supersymmetric generalization of the eigenvalue model resulting from the Hermitian one-matrix model. The resulting expression confirms a conjecture by Becker and Becker that the free energy is at most quadratic in the fermionic couplings which appear in the potential.
