Abstract

For each integer [Formula: see text], let [Formula: see text] be the index of composition of [Formula: see text], where [Formula: see text]. The index of composition of an integer measures the multiplicity of its prime factors. In this paper, we obtain an [Formula: see text]-result for the error term of the sum [Formula: see text]
