Abstract

AbstractHepatitis C virus genotype 4a non-structural protein-5b is an RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase responsible for the efficient virus genome replication. It has been of great interest as a drug target. The availability of the crystal structure of HCV genotype 4a NS5b would facilitate the structure-based drug design.
