Abstract

AbstractMALDI-TOF MS represents a rapid and cost-effective method for identifying proteins and microorganisms. When obtaining recombinant protein producers, differences in expression levels among transformants necessitate the conduction of a small-scale screening of expression levels. This study proposes a fast and easy method for screening clones producing recombinant proteins using MALDI-TOF MS. Various recombinant proteins were utilized to test the proposed method
