Abstract
The influence of the dielectric constant spectra of bound and unbound water in mineral soil on the temperature dependences of the dielectric constant of mineral soil in the electromagnetic field frequency range from 50 MHz to 15 GHz was studied. The reasons for the appearance of the crossover frequency of the dielectric constant of mineral soil, obtained at different temperatures, but for a sample of the same moisture, were studied. It was proved that the appearance of crossover points in the frequency range up to 1.5 GHz is related to the Maxwell-Wagner effect in bound water. The dependences of the value of the crossover frequency of the dielectric constant of mineral soil on temperature and the volume content of bound and unbound water were studied.
