Abstract
Everyone agrees that students should learn about making and reading graphs. Even the national assessments on the topic indicate that students should use graphs for inferring and predicting (Bestger 1980). Yet, limited time and resources prevent most teachers from implementing classroom activities re lated to graphs. This need not be the case. The relatively new presence of microcomputers in the classroom can facilitate an innovative and rewarding program for teaching about graphs.
