Abstract

A 48-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of a lesion arising from the umbilicus. The lesion exuded a cyclical serosanguinous fluid with menses. Histology demonstrated a dermal lesion of glandular structures lined by endometrial-type epithelial cells.
