Abstract
Adult patients diagnosed with chronic inflammatory skin disease are at a higher risk of vaccine-preventable diseases. Vaccination-seeking behaviours were lower than anticipated in this study, with a little over two-thirds of patients describing themselves as very likely to seek each of the flu, pneumococcal and COVID-19 vaccinations. Vaccine hesitancy among a high-risk group of immunosuppressed dermatology patients is an issue that should be highlighted and concerns raised by this group regarding vaccines should be addressed sensitively.
