Abstract

We present the case of a heathy young male farmer presenting with multiple discharging sinuses over the scalp. Brain imaging suggested the involvement of the brain and ipsilateral eye. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of actinomycosis. The patient was successfully treated with ceftriaxone.
