Abstract
Heparin-induced bullous haemorrhagic dermatosis (HBHD) is an uncommon cutaneous adverse reaction to heparin, thought to be under-reported due to its relatively asymptomatic presentation and favourable prognosis. This vesiculobullous condition is largely self-limiting and tends to spontaneously resolve despite continued anticoagulant therapy. Correct identification can reassure clinicians and patients alike.
