Abstract The research paper discusses the challenges and opportunities surrounding sustainable waterfront development in Jeddah City, Saudi Arabia. The city faces several challenges such as inadequate infrastructure and hasty urbanization, but its strategic location, cultural heritage, and economic potential provide opportunities for sustainable development.
