Abstract
In Subchapter 9B we introduce general relativity and our approach to quantum gravity. We explain how we deal with the Big Bang and black hole singularities. The contextuality of mass in general relativity is attributed to NPRF + G. This is used to solve the missing mass problem and the mystery of dark energy without invoking nonbaryonic dark matter or a cosmological constant.
