Abstract
Article 4. Until laws and other legal acts operating on the territory of the Russian Federation are brought into conformity with Part Two of the Code, the laws and other legal acts of the Russian Federation, and also acts of legislation of the USSR operating on the territory of the Russian Federation within the limits and in the procedure provided for by legislation of the Russian Federation shall be applied insofar as they are not contrary to Part Two of the Code.
