Abstract

Abstract Isolated innominate artery trauma after blunt thoracic contusion is rare and occurs mostly at its origin. We report a case of a post-traumatic distal innominate artery pseudoaneurysm presenting with Horner’s syndrome treated by conventional surgical approach.
