Abstract
We describe an extensive, asymptomatic presentation of a rare condition in a 59-year-old male patient presenting with nonpruritic, nonpainful, hyperpigmented plaques on the upper body. Multiple treatments had failed to resolve the lesions, but with an added JAK inhibitor the patient developed no new lesions. We hope this description contributes to our limited understanding of this rarely reported clinical entity.
