Erythematous, annular, atrophic patchy lesions in bilateral axillae

Abstract

Cutaneous manifestations in dermatomyositis often lead to a reduced quality of life. In this article, we report a patient with axillary dermatomyositis, a previously unreported cutaneous involvement of dermatomyositis, to show that we may encounter different sites of involvement.
