Abstract

Abstract In this paper, we consider the renormalization operator $\mathcal R$ for real box maps with minimal post-critical sets. We show the existence of the full renormalization horseshoe for real box maps with minimal post-critical sets. Moreover, the renormalization operator is exponentially contracting along the hybrid leaves.
