Abstract

The aim of the study was a comparative description and assessment of seasonal dynamics of organoleptic characteristics, salinity and chemical composition of the water of some reservoirs in Uzbekistan. It was found, that the organoleptic characteristics and parameters of salinity of Kattakurgan reservoir in the spring and summer were practically within the MPC. Indicators of chemical composition of water of Kattakurgan reservoirs were below the upper limit of the MPC. In water samples of Tuyamuyun reservoir organoleptic characteristics and parameters of salinity in summer was higher than the MPC. Indicators of the chemical composition of water in the summer were below the upper limits of the permissible level, reliable inter-seasonal differences noted on the content of chlorides and sulfates. Organoleptic characteristics and the degree of mineralization of water samples of Charvak reservoir were within the MPC. All parameters of the chemical composition of water of Charvak reservoir were lower relative to the upper border of the MPC, regardless of the place of sampling and the time of year. Keywords: reservoirs, water of reservoirs, chemical composition, salinity of water, organoleptic characteristics.
