Abstract
Compared to the inefficient “after-the-fact maintenance” support model, equipment health management, as a predictive maintenance approach, is emerging as a trend in ensuring ship equipment maintenance. Based on the current application research status of equipment health management systems, this paper proposes the construction idea for the construction of a ship equipment health management framework and system overall architecture. Focused on introducing the construction objectives, functions, and overall design process of the ship-based system, this paper further clarifies the overall architecture of the ship-based system. This provides foundational support for the design and realization of the ship equipment health management system.
