Housing construction as a driver of improving the quality of life of the population in conditions of sustainable development

Abstract

In modern conditions of sustainable development of society, the problems of improving the quality of life of the population come to the fore, the solution of which is a priority when developing programs for the socio-economic development of the country. The housing construction industry plays one of the most important roles in solving this problem. The article defines the essence of sustainable development in relation to the housing construction industry, discusses in detail the social and environmental aspects of sustainable development of the industry. Using statistical tools, the authors determined the relationship between the indicators "GRP per capita" and "Commissioning of residential buildings per capita".
