Abstract
With the increase of age, different hormones and metabolic changes in the human body will bring a lot of geriatric diseases, such as Parkinson’s and osteoporosis, and young people will also bring a lot of sports injuries when they exert their vigorous vitality to exercise, these diseases seriously affect people’s quality of life, some of which such as osteoporosis will cause fractures, and fractures in some parts may cause serious problems, and even threaten the life of patients, for the life and quality of life of patients, we should actively play the effect of physical therapy to minimize the damage of the disease. This article compares the effects of physiotherapy on common geriatric diseases and sports injuries, and explores the help of physiotherapy for Parkinson’s, osteoporosis, fractures, and anterior cruciate ligament injury. It proves that physiotherapy is necessary for disease recovery and quality of life, but at the same time, some of the therapies have certain limitations for different physical conditions and different conditions of patients.
