Problems of ensuring reliability and sustainable development of the United energy system of Central Asia under the conditions of energy consumption growth

Abstract

The questions of development of the united power system of Central Asia at introduction in them of renewable energy sources (RES) defined by decisions of governments of the countries of the region are considered. The existing main scientific and technical problems related to the large-scale use of RES in the energy system and ways to overcome them are noted. The questions of reliability of power supply of the united energy system of Central Asia, joint solution of a complex of questions on introduction of RES and energy storages in the Association are analysed.
