Abstract
The process of acid-thermal treatment of washed dried concentrate in order to obtain feed calcium phosphate was studied. At the first stage, phosphoric acid decomposition of phosphate raw materials with wet process phosphoric acid was carried out at 65ºС for 30 minutes. In this case, the ratio of CaO: P2O5 = 1.67; 1.45; 1.31; 1.18; 1.00 and 0.79. In the second stage, the process of thermal roasting of acid decomposition products was carried out at temperatures of 800-1200ºС. It was shown that with a decrease in the calcium module from 1.67 to 0.79 and an increase in the firing temperature from 800 to 1200ºС, the fluorine content in the thermophosphate samples decreases from 3.09 to 0.23% and from 2.63 to 0.34%, respectively. during thermal treatment 1 and 2 hours.
