Abstract
The article presents the development of technology and the determination of technological, structural parameters with variable thicknesses of functional fabric. The results of literary and analytical studies are also presented and it is revealed that the range of hospital products for severely immobile patients is extremely limited and does not meet modern medical requirements. Cotton yarn with a linear density of 25x2 tex was used as the main yarn for all test samples. For weft yarns, Cotton and Modal yarns have been used as raw materials for the production of woven materials, taking into account the use of the designed fabric for mattresses of heavy immobile patients against bedsores.
