Abstract
The article explores the key aspects of the process of national agricultural enterprises entering the rural tourism market of the Russian Federation, considering industry conditions and legislative novelties. The fundamental problems of the tourist activity of Russian agricultural producers are considered in the context of three approaches – from the point of view of the problems of the rural tourism market as part of the tourism industry, from the standpoint of organizational and legal problems of agricultural enterprises as subjects of the sphere under consideration, as well as within the framework of the problem of defining a tourist product in agribusiness. The analysis of trends is conducted for certain aspects, and the main reasons for changes are identified. The paper formulates promising areas of activity for agricultural producers as participants in the tourism market, and proposes an author’s triad of approaches to solving problems of agribusiness in the tourism industry.
