Abstract

The article is devoted to the research in the field of methods of forming business processes of manufacturing enterprises based on the concept of sustainable development. In the course of its implementation the theoretical and methodological foundations of business process management, the degree of influence of the introduction of innovative business process management system on the efficiency of the enterprise and ensuring its sustainable development, including on the basis of the application of the ESG concept, have been studied. The relevance of the study lies in the need for enterprises to adapt to a complex and dynamic external environment, which requires continuous improvement of sustainable development support systems.
