Abstract
The improvement and improvement of college students' innovation ability is conducive to the improvement of their employment quality. Based on the analysis of relevant research on the structure of college students' innovative ability, a questionnaire survey method was adopted to study the structure of college students' innovative ability. Taking the human resources management major as an example, seven factors were extracted from the needs of college teachers and students, as well as from the perspective of managers.
