Abstract
In a day and age where remote or hybrid work is becoming the norm, we need to find better ways of creating cohesive human structures built upon empathy, trust, and excellence. To do that, we need to be able to generate the appropriate working ecosystems that are capable of fostering eudaimonic growth in all the hierarchical levels of the organisation. In this paper we give way to the toolkit that has allowed BeWay to grow from four individuals in the beginning of 2021 up to over 70 professionals by May 2023, becoming the global leader of Applied Behavioral Science in the private sector.
