Abstract

The purpose of the article is to propose recommendations for an adequate response to a crisis or other unforeseen situation. The article assesses the coefficient of sustainable development of conditional pharmaceutical corporation using the model of integral indicator. Based on the analysis of the activities of the pharmaceutical corporation, recommendations are proposed for its development. It was concluded that the development of the corporation belongs to an unstable type, since its coefficient of sustainable development varies between (0.2–0.4) throughout the study period. This is due to the turbulence of external factors in the pharmaceutical market and a high level of competition that directly affects the activities of the corporation.
