TRANSFORMING THE MANAGER’S ROLE UNDER TEAM WORK CONDITIONS

Abstract

Wide spread occurrence of team work in developed countries in different spheres of management actualizes the problematic of manager’s role change, their functions in new conditions. Nowadays a great number of kinds and forms of organization management is observed while using teams. The article analyzes the most common types and forms of management in organizations of different profiles when using commands.
