DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article reveals the issues of digital transformation of technological processes in the enterprise. The author emphasizes the importance of the process for modern business development, increasing competitiveness and efficiency. The article identifies challenges and problems, such as: information security, limited possibilities for integrating technological systems, lack of qualified specialists, changes in the organizational mechanism of the company and the high cost of the project. It was revealed that the lack of specialists hinders the effectiveness of the implementation of digital projects and is an obstacle to the digital transformation of technological processes. The introduction of digital technologies requires a developed infrastructure, including high-speed Internet, reliable storage systems and computing resources. Insufficient infrastructure limits the possibilities of digital transformation due to infrastructure problems that exist in organizations of any form of ownership. The need for financial investments related to the purchase of equipment, software development, staff training and support of technological systems is emphasized. The features and advantages of using the integration of digital systems with the existing enterprise infrastructure in order to optimize production processes are revealed. Rational use of resources and increasing the efficiency of production processes allow you to achieve a quick payback on the costs of digitalization and contribute to the optimization of processes in the enterprise. The article is summarized by the components of the implementation of digital solutions and examples of interaction for the gradual scaling of projects.
