Abstract
A medical error, regardless of whether it was committed due to carelessness, always affects the reputation of a medical worker. Perhaps, this is the reason for the paucity of existing literature on medical errors. Meanwhile, it is necessary to state that the study of such errors has great importance in the organization of quality control in the field of medical services. The analysis of the mechanism of errors should have a systemic character and lead to the development, development, strengthening of the practice and procedures of the healthcare system, and if necessary, be the basis for reviewing this system. In the opposite case, that is, the negation of the error, the masking of the error takes place, which aggravates the situation even more, making its possible prevention impossible.
