Abstract

The principles of building and organizing fixed and wireless communication networks are analyzed using the possibilities promising information technologies. Based on the research, a new approach to the construction of a mathematical model of convergent networks is proposed for measuring their throughput indicators. Based on the models, analytical expressions for the convergence processes of fixed and wireless networks of mobile communication were obtained.
