Abstract
In order to obtain better conductive functional fillers and conductive adhesives, the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) is wrapped by silver using chemical plating. Ag/C composite nanotubes that have excellent conductivity are achieved and the conductive adhesives were prepared by using the composite nanotubes as conductive functional fillers. Experiments indicated that the achieved conductive nano-adhesives have better conductivity and better physical and chemical performance. That would save 30-50% consumption of silver than conventional silver conductive adhesives.
