Abstract
In order to further study on NTM distribution in livestock of Jilin province and provide basis on NTM prevention. Isolation of NTM and the 16S rRNA gene sequences of the suspected NTM strains were identified from 1050 PPD negative tissues of livestock. In the test, 21 strains NTM were successfully identified. The total isolation rate of NTM was 2.0 %, NTM isolation rates of cattle and pigs were 1.82 % and 2.2 % respectively. Other strains were all identified successfully except 6 samples, in which 3 strains were identified asmycobacterium gilvum, 1 strains asmycobacterium vaccae, 5 strains asmycobacterium neoaurum, 3 strains asmycobacteria fortuitumand 3 strains asmycobacteria intracellularrespectively. In order to formulate effective control measures and protect the health of people and animals, attention should be paid to the infection on NTM of livestock in Jilin Province and further study on its toxicity and influence should be carried out.
