Abstract

Strategic transformation of the enterprise means system changes, with the upgrade management as the foundation, the capital management as the means, to cultural transformation as the core, to promote industrial upgrading to the strategic target, the improvement of the quality of the staff overall for security can be achieved by traditional enterprise to accord with the new economic development requirements and industry development trend of modern enterprises to change. This paper, analysis the kodak and Fuji development process,propose the enterprise strategy of the economic technology innovation and consumption of the experience under the Electronic-economic business affairs.
