Abstract
The paper focuses on application of a decision support system BPsim.DSS and the multi-agent approach to processes at a construction corporation, explains key benefits and compares results of proposed method with another popular one – the critical path method. Paper gives an example of the system deployment in production environment and presents achieved results.
