Abstract
The development status and research progress of inclined plate sedimentation equipment, as well as the research progress of how to prevent the blockage of sedimentation channel were discussed. The main disadvantages of traditional inclined plate thickener were analyzed. A kind of new type lamella thickener which could vibrate the inclined plate was introduced. The core technologies of the vibration lamella thickener are that the inclined plate sedimentation channels are integrated and modularized, the integral sloping plate group module are suspension supported by using springs and each module mounted an independent mechanical vibration excite. By implementing an intermittent high frequency weak vibration to the sloping plate group module, the regular automatic cleaning of the surface of inclined plate was carried out, which could prevent the fine materials adhesive to the oblique plate and guarantee the settlement channel is not blocked, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term stable operation of the equipment. Vibration lamella thickener has been used in many concentrators successfully, including the classification of feed pulp, desliming and thicken of middle materials, dewatering and thickening of concentrate and tailing, and paste discharge of tailing thicken at al.. It is highly valued from clients by their good application in practical production.
